Samsung Galaxy S5 and Motorola Moto X, should you wait?

Samsung just announced its flagship Galaxy S5 smartphone at MWC in Barcelona. A lot of people are actually disappointed with the design and the kind of upgrade this device has got over its predecessor Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4. There are reports suggesting that Samsung may actually launch a premium version of theGalaxy S5 in May, one question buyers have in their minds with this regard is that Should I wait? Or should I buy the Galaxy S5 launched now?
We have one more device in the list to confuse the buyers a little more, it’s the Moto X. Motorola recently launched the Moto G smartphone in India and is selling successfully. Now the company is planning to launch the Moto X smartphone in India. Moto X has been a hit in the US market and it will be worth waiting to see if it carries the same success story in India too.
This year Indian buyers will have a hard time choosing the right smartphone for them. HTC is on the verge of launching their next flagship HTC One 2 aka HTC M8. While people looking for high end model are to considerSony Xperia Z2Samsung Galaxy S5 and the upcoming HTC One 2, but for those looking for a budget smartphone will be looking out for Nokia X, Nokia X+, Nokia XL along with Moto X and Moto G. While Moto G is a perfect mid range phone, Moto X is a slightly bumped up version of the Moto G and wouldn’t attract too much money either.
Summing up the specs of the Moto X smartphone, it comes with 4G LTE on board and has a 4.7-inch HDdisplay. The device has a co-processor which helps off load some tasks from the main processor. There is a1.7GHz Dual-Core CPU paired with 2GB RAM. It comes with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean which is upgradable toAndroid Kitkat. The Moto X does not come with high end specs but it does come with good user experience. It comes with Voice Assistant, Quick Capture- camera mode, Active Display and Motorola Assist. We wait along with you for this wonderful smartphone to launch in India and we will come up with a review once its here. Stay tuned there is more coming soon.
